Support Gold-Diggers
By Carey Roberts, NewsWithViews.com, 2006 04 07
Carey Roberts writes about paternity fraud, for example:
Consider the paternity scam. Here’s how it works:
Find any dim-witted man to get you pregnant. Then look up the name of
some unsuspecting Joe who’s got a steady job – it doesn’t matter that
you never met the poor bloke. Put his name on the baby’s birth
certificate.
Now cross your fingers and hope the man is out of town when the sheriff
delivers the papers. In California, such default judgments account for
70% of paternity decisions, according to a 2003 study by the Urban
Institute.

Louise
Malenfant is no more
Calgary, Alberta, 2006 04 03
During the past weekend Louise Malenfant passed away at her home, in
Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Louise Malenfant had devoted her life to mothers and fathers who lost
their children due to injustices such as false abuse allegations.
She had been influential in her native Manitoba to get the bureaucracy
to accept that false abuse allegations must not be used by anyone, be
they individuals or members of the bureaucracy, to gain the upper hand
in removing children from parents.
A few years ago Louise Malenfant moved to Alberta, with the aim to
help bring about changes in the attitude of the bureaucracy here, such
as those she had helped to create in Manitoba. She has helped
countless parents, mostly fathers, to regain reputations and contact
with children of whom they had been robbed, and she prevented many
innocent men from being punished for crimes they did not do.
Louise Malenfant will be missed by many.
Details about the funeral arrangement are not known as of now but
will be published here when that information become available.

How is Mortality Affected
by Money, Marriage and Stress?
By Jonathan Gardner, Watson Wyatt, LLP, and Andrew Oswaldi, Department of
Economics, Warwick University, March 2004
Marriage is found to be associated with substantially lower rates of
mortality, for both men and women. Married men are predicted to be some
-7.2 percent less likely to die over the period [1993 to 2000]
than unmarried men. For women, the effect is smaller.
Women married in 1991 are approximately -4.1 percent less likely to
die over the period 1993 to 2000 than otherwise similar unmarried women.

Betty Friedan, communist
activist and pioneer of radical feminism, died
In her book "Women
Who Make the World Worse" Kate O’Beirne shows how their
destructive handiwork can be felt in every corner of American life,
including:
• fractured families and dispensable dads
• offices and schools that have become battlegrounds in the gender wars
• military units that put lives at risk to promote social engineering
This book takes on some very powerful women and challenges beliefs
that have become feminist orthodoxy, starting with the myth that men are
the enemy of women’s progress.
Betty Friedan was one of those women that make the world worse, a
communist activist, a radical feminist pioneer who became a leader and
author revered by radical feminists everywhere, one of the co-signers of
The 1966 Agenda of the National
Organization of Women (NOW). She contributed more than most
radical feminists to the
planned destruction of the family, the original goal of the pioneers
of communism, Marx and Engels, who held that the destruction of the
institution of the family was the primary prerequisite for the
construction of a successful socialist state.

Friedan, read Betty Friedan
and her Lies.

Poverty: All in the Family
By Terence P. Jeffrey
Human Events Online, Sep 21, 2005
Story
The article explains that family status, not race, is the best poverty predictor. The printed version of the article (Human Events, 2005 09 26, p. 5) shows a graph that has been recreated at the right. Keep in mind that the percentages shown in the graph downplay the relative risk for children in various family "types" to be in poverty. To show true relative risk factors it would be necessary to take into account the respective numbers of families in each category. Of course, it should not surprise anyone that the feminist-dominated and -controlled U.S. Census Bureau has not done that.
The social engineers that re-made western society in the image of Karl Marx achieved that by transforming the Communist Manifesto into feminist ideology, with the aim to create an agenda for the planned destruction of the family.
It would be great to know how the large-scale and escalating removal of children from the conditions of comfort and achievement in traditional nuclear families and pushing them into poverty brought about better conditions for all. However, as the article and the information it is based on show, those benefits never came about. The opposite is true. The large-scale destruction of our families created bad conditions for our children. Those conditions are gradually growing worse.
If at the very least father-custody were the normal outcome after divorce and separation, we would cut the deleterious consequences of divorce, separation and single-motherhood by half. Better yet, by re-establishing the appreciation we once had for families, and if "no-fault" divorce were abolished, we could in one fell swoop solve most of the problems we created for ourselves by abolishing the traditional nuclear family. If nothing else, think of all of the taxes that would be saved by applying a bit of common sense instead of blindly pursuing feminist nonsense in the realm of family politics and family legislation.

There were so very few elderly men in attendance at the fair because they were either working or sick in hospital, or they had died, while the surviving grandmas were listening to Grandma's Apron, felt good about its message, enjoyed the preceding yoga exercises, and laughed about jokes made at the expense of men.
Most definitely, the fact that risky men's work is more dangerous than yoga exercises contributes to men's shorter average life span....Full story

Fighting the State Tobacco Racket
by Hans Bader, Human Events
Posted Aug 23, 2005
Huddled behind closed doors, a small group of lawyers bargaining on behalf of States, law firms, and Big Tobacco hammered out a mega-billion dollar deal back in 1998. In exchange for state attorneys general dropping their lawsuits against the four major tobacco companies, tobacco companies would pay the states over $200 billion.
There was a catch: the states would have to protect the companies from competition, essentially becoming partners in the tobacco business. Thus, the most expensive racket in history was conceived....(Full Story — off-site)

UK May Restrict Access to Healthcare Based on Age
LONDON, May 13, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The UK’s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has proposed that some treatments for the elderly be denied if if it is felt the treatments would not be of benefit because of their age.
“What the citizen's council has said is that if there is a justifiable clinical reason to not provide a treatment for certain age groups, not just older people, that will be OK, if this treatment would not work or could not be offered,” a NICE spokesman said, as reported by politics.co.uk.
“To suggest that anyone should receive less care and attention simply because they happen to be older is blatant discrimination,” said UK charity Age Concern policy manager Jonathan Ellis, according to a femalefirst.co.uk report. “It also runs contrary to the government's stated aim of tackling the prejudice against older people that exists in health care services.” Age Concern said that 80 percent of physicians believe that the elderly are already discriminated against in the public healthcare system.
A Birmingham Post report said, “The fact that people in their 80s and 90s regularly undergo successful operations underlines how dangerous it would be to assume that old age automatically equates to a hopeless case,” according to NewsMax.com coverage.

No-fault divorce has turned a bastion of private life into a colony of the state.

Phyllis is the first major columnist to directly confront the economics of the divorce regime and expose the money trail. The Cult of Parenthood: A Qualitative Study of Parental Alienation
By Amy J. L. Baker, Ph.D.; Cultic Studies Review Vol. 4, No. 1, 2005
Abstract
Forty adults who were alienated from a parent as a child participated in a qualitative research study about their experience. A content analysis was conducted on the transcripts [of the audio tapes of the interviews of adults that participated in the study] and a comparison was undertaken to identify similarities between alienating parents and cult leaders. Results revealed that adults whose parents alienated them from their other parent described the alienating parent much the way former cult members describe cult leaders. The alienating parents were described as narcissistic and requiring excessive devotion and loyalty, especially at the expense of the targeted parent. The alienating parents also were found to utilize many of the same emotional manipulation and persuasion techniques cult leaders use to heighten dependency on them. And, finally, the alienating parents seemed to benefit from the alienation much the way cult leaders benefit from the cult: they have excessive control, power, and adulation. Likewise, the participants reported many of the same negative outcomes that former cult members experience such as low self-esteem, guilt, depression, and lack of trust in themselves and others. These findings can provide a useful framework for conceptualizing the experience of parental alienation and should also be useful for therapists who provide counseling and treatment to adults who experienced alienation as a child.

The "affliction" that such murderous mothers are said to "suffer" from is designated Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSP). By giving it that name, such murderous moms generally receive light sentences or none at all, even if they are repeat offenders.
Mind you, many of them, if not most, get away with their habit of murdering their children, without anyone feeling more than sorry for them for having been bereaved; and that is what those murdering mamas are after.
It is generally impossible for a woman to be convicted of murdering her child or to receive more than a light sentence. You see, there is always someone or something (if everything else fails, even her inner demons or the devil) that compels a woman to murder her child, whereby she is then deemed to be suffering and not deserving of any punishment.
Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy is named after Baron von Münchhausen (1720-1797) a German hunter, soldier and notorious teller of outrageously tall tales.

The tall story of the right of the first night truly is a hoax.
Finally, after a full seven centuries of its existence, the hoax of the right of the first night has been officially debunked.
Isn't it odd that the feminists, armed with the evidence proving that women were truly not ever oppressed in that particular realm of oppression, didn't cause the debunking of that hoax to make the headlines? Aren't they at all after exposing the truth about the oppression of women?
The results of a thorough investigation into the origins and history of the hoax got published in 1998. Should we not have expected the feminist propaganda machine to jump on it? For all those years they never said a thing, but neither did men's rights activists.

The rape of statistics
An addition to the discussion of rape statistics
In case anyone should think that the rape of statistics is not prevalent there, here is a statement about rape statistics in the USA:
Rape.
Advocacy information: 1-in-4 of college women are raped annually
Actual statistics:
A review of Oklahoma University enrolment data and information supplied by campus police yielded the estimate that the annualized rape risk for 1996 freshmen women at OU was 1 chance in 476. [Source: Deflating the Date Rape Scare: A Look At Campus Police Records by Michael P. Wright, Scientific Social Research, Norman, Oklahoma]
BJS report NCJ-151658 notes that there are 2 rapes or attempted rapes reported per 1,000 US citizens, which is 530,000 reports of rape per year. There are 15,000 rape convictions annually. Based on new DNA tests, a third of those convictions are now found to be false. Therefore, there are potentially 520,000 false rape allegations a year.
Source: Eeva Sodhi, Debunking Domestic Violence Statistics
<Debunking Domestic Violence Statistics>
That works out to there being in the US a little more than 98 false allegations of rape for every conviction that can be supported by DNA evidence, with the ratio of false allegations to actual convictions being about the same as that in the UK or in Canada. However, one more consideration comes into the picture.
Not even DNA evidence will clear a man of a false allegation of rape when the "rape" involved consensual sex that is falsely alleged to have been rape. A good number of men serve time in American prisons (and a good many of them have even been executed) on account of having been convicted of rapes that never took place. Will Hetherington is one of those men. (Full Story) The prosecutor in Will Hetherington's case bent over backwards to prevent DNA evidence that would have exonerated Will Hetherington from being admitted in court. Feminism branched off again

When Science and Feminism Become Bedfellows
By Selwyn Duke
News With Views
"Femaleism" is the result of the feminists' reaction to the research done and published in the 1990s,
...research demonstrating conclusively that the sexes were different in everything but their souls, from the womb to the tomb. The feminists had been wrong - unarguably, unassailably, undeniably. Not that a collective admission of this and commensurate contrition would be forthcoming. Oh, the latter especially was most certainly in order, given the fact that child-rearing prescriptions based on their misconception had greatly contributed to the destruction of American parenting. But the feminist response would be quite different.
Seemingly without missing a beat, the feminists changed their tack. Yes, most assuredly these differences exist and surprised not are we. For, you see, they prove that women are superior! I am woman, hear me crow. In fact, it spawned a whole new, albeit obscure, branch of feminism: "Femaleism." Full Story
The new branch of feminism has been properly documented in the collection of definitions of the various brands of feminism filed away at Fathers for Life. We would not want anyone to lose track and their way in the weird and torturous paths of the evolution of the social abnormality called "feminism".

THE TWIN FACES OF HODGE:
Say one thing to one reporter and the opposite to another.
Nov. 20, 2004 (filed Nov. 8, 2004)
The children's minister Margaret Hodge plans to make a speech next week arguing that the state must have an increasing influence on family life because society ends up picking up the pieces when parents mess up. Research shows that a child's likely educational achievement is set by the age of two, years before he or she goes to school. Why are there lads hanging around on street corners? Because their mother and father do not care where they are or what they do.

"Divorce and separation is horrible for everybody. But the idea that the state can sort out entrenched animosity and bitterness in a relationship, I think is stretching it a bit far." (My emphasis —WHS)
She also criticised Sir Bob Geldof, who has become a frontman for the fathers' movement.
"He believes the courts are biased. He believes everybody is institutionally against dads. It is not true. You can't look to the state to resolve those domestic issues," she said.

[My note: The preceding quote and reference present an odd situation. I tried to verify the link and the quote. Searching the Internet for the phrase in the first line of the second paragraph in the quote, "She also criticised Sir Bob Geldof, who has become", I was led to a single URL, contained in the link shown as a reference at the end of the preceding quote. However, the article contained in the web page at that URL does not contain any of the paragraphs contained in the quote, even though news.google.com had clearly indexed the text of the quote and kept pointing back to the same URL. Just in case, I searched This Is London, using The Evening Standard's search engine, and received the following message:
You searched News and city for "state can sort out entrenched animosity and bitterness"

I assume therefore that for unknown reasons The Evening Standard saw fit to replace the original article with the one shown at the URL now.
Someone in the U.K. who has the full text of the original article should verify what I found, and, if that can be confirmed, contact The Evening Standard, reporter Isabel Oakeshott and the reporter that wrote the version of the article from which the quoted text originates, and ask them for clarification on the discrepancy.
I suspect that there is a good story in that. It could be that the powers put pressure on The Evening Standard to change its story. If so, that would be the rewriting of history in action, just as described by George Orwell in 1984.
