Qui sommes nous ?
Nous sommes un groupe de parents français et américains, qui n’avons pas vu
nos enfants depuis des années. La justice allemande nous a retiré tous nos droits de
parent sur nos enfants, sans même nous avoir consultés, dans le secret parfois. Deux
pères allemands se sont déjà joints à notre mouvement. Un père va venir
d’Afrique du sud ; il tente en ce moment d’obtenir le soutien de Monsieur
Nelson Mandela .
Pourquoi faisons nous la grève ?
La grève de la faim est pour nous l’ultime recours pour donner à nos enfants
la simple possibilité de retrouver leur second parent en France; aux USA, oui même en
Allemagne.
- Nous faisons la grève parce que les juges allemands ont ajouté nos enfants à la
liste des 2 millions d‘orphelins du divorce vivant en République Fédérale
Allemande.
- Nous faisons la grève parce les Jugendämter (services de l’enfance) nous
réclament sans le moindre scrupule notre argent pour financer ces enlèvements ordonnés
par les autorités.
- Nous faisons la grève parce que les décisions de justice familiales allemandes, qui
sont toujours prises très hypocritement dans l’intérêt des enfants pour écarter
l’un des deux parents de la vie de l’enfant , le plus souvent le père. Nous
savons que plusieurs milliers de parents sont touches par cette hypocrisie allemande. Nous
aussi.
Quel est notre but ?
Notre but est que l’intérêt de l’enfant soit compris en Allemagne
aussi, comme étant «le droit naturel de tout enfant de partager ses relations
affectives en périodes égales avec ses deux parents»; et de savoir ce droit inscrit
dans la loi, et de ne plus permettre à l’un des deux parents de retirer ce droit à
l’enfant.
Pourquoi allons nous à Berlin ?
Nous faisons la grève de la faim à Berlin parce que la politique familiale
allemande n‘est plus décidée aujourd’hui par les politiques en
Allemagne , mais par les juges.
Nous allons à Berlin pour crier :
« Wir sind das Volk, und wir sind Eltern » (nous sommes le
peuple, et nous sommes parents)
Une partie de la nation allemande a crié il y a 10 ans :
« Wir sind das Volk, wir sind das Volk » (nous sommes le peuple,
nous sommes le peuple)
Elle a été entendue. Nous voulons, nous aussi, être
entendus.
Quand et où la grève de la faim aura
lieu ?
La grève de la faim débute le 13 juillet à Berlin. La démonstration de soutien
le 14 juillet .
Les nombreuses organisations s’uniront à notre mouvement dès le 14 juillet dans
Berlin Mitte pour revendiquer des droits identiques pour les parents allemands.
Le lieu exact du rassemblement sera révélé en dernier lieu, par simple mesure de
sécurité.

Qui peut participer au mouvement et comment ?
Chaque parent jugeant avoir été spolié de son droit de parentalité par le
justice allemande peut se joindre à nous et suivre la grève de la faim pendant toute une
journée.
Nous tiendrons dans la main une photo de nos enfants, dans la main droite écrit sur
une feuille de papier le nombre de jours pendant lesquels nous avons vu nos enfants depuis
la séparation et au dessous le nombre de jours depuis écoulés depuis la séparation.
Quelles sont nos revendications ?
Nous demandons un espace de droit familial unique en Europe.
Nous, grévistes, cesserons notre grève de la faim quand le Président du Bundestag ou
le Gouvernement allemand nous aurons donné l’assurance par écrit, que le
Gouvernement allemand présentera avant la fin de cette année, devant le parlement
européen à Straßburg , un projet de loi du droit familial unifié, dans lequel
l’intérêt de l’enfant sera argumenté de manière explicite.
Le gouvernement allemand devra nous expliquer, pourquoi sa justice ne se conforme pas
aux traités et conventions internationaux qu’elle a ratifié; la convention de
la Haye pour les enfants binationaux ou la charte des Droits de l’Enfant de
l’ONU pour les enfants issus de couples libres, par exemple.

Wer sind wir ?
wir sind eine Gruppe franzoesischer und amerikanischer Eltern, die ihre Kinder seit
Jahren nicht mehr gesehen haben, weil die deutsche Justiz - sehr oft ohne uns je angehoert
zu haben bzw. zum Teil auch durch geheime Handlung - uns willkuerlich das Sorgerecht fuer
unsere Kinder entzogen hat. Zwei deutsche Vaeter haben sich uns bereits angeschlossen. Ein
Vater wird aus Sued-Afrika kommen; er versucht die Unterstuetzung vom Praesidenten Nelson
Mandela zu erhalten.
Warum streiken wir ?
Der Hungerstreik ist fuer uns das letzte Mittel, um unseren Kindern die
Moeglichkeit zu geben, den zweiten Elternteil wieder in Frankreich oder den USA bzw. auch
in Deutschland zu sehen.
- Wir streiken weil deutsche Richter unsere binationalen Kinder zu den bereits 2 Mio.
in der Bundesrepublik lebenden Scheidungswaisen Kindern hinzugefuegt haben.
- Wir streiken, weil deutsche Jugendaemter sich diese staatlich verordneten
Kindesentfuehrungen noch unverschaemter von unserem Geld finanzieren lassen wollen.
- Wir streiken, weil fast jede deutsche Familiengerichtsentscheidung zum "Wohl der
Kinder" einen Elternteil, meist den Vater, aus dem Leben des Kindes ausgrenzt. Wir
wissen, daß mehrere hunderttausende "entsorgte" Eltern in Deutschland davon
betroffen sind. Sie finden nur genauso wenig Gehoer bei Gericht und den Politikern wie
wir.
Was ist unser Ziel ?
Unser Ziel ist, dass das Wohl des Kindes in Deutschland als das "natuerliche
Beduerfnis eines Kindes, die emotionelle Beziehung zu seinen beiden Eltern zeitlich zur
Haelfte mit den beiden Elternteilen zu pflegen" endlich gesetzlich garantiert wird
und zwar ohne die bisherige Moeglichkeit, dass ein Elternteil das Recht des Kindes auf
seine beiden Eltern verhindern kann.
Warum Berlin ?
Wir streiken in Berlin, weil in Deutschland die Familienpolitik von Richtern und
nicht von den Politikern bestimmt wird.
Wir kommen nach Berlin um laut zu rufen: „Wir sind das Volk und wir sind
Eltern"
Ein Teil der deutschen Nation rief: „Wir sind das Volk, wir sind das Volk"
und bekam Recht.
Wann und wo wird der Hungerstreik stattfinden ?
Der Hungerstreik beginnt am 13 Juli in Berlin.
Eine Demonstration von Delegationen verschiedener Organisationen wird am 14. Juli
stattfinden. Deutsche Eltern und binationale Eltern wollen die gleichen Rechte fuer sich
und ihre Kinder haben.

Wer kann mitmachen und wie ?
Jeder Elternteil, der meint um seine Elternschaft durch die Justiz betrogen worden
zu sein, kann sich uns anschliessen. Er kann einen Tag lang mit uns hungern. Wir werden in
der linken Hand ein Bild unserer Kinder halten, in der rechten Hand auf einem weissen
Blatt die Anzahl der Tage, die wir unsere Kinder seit der Trennung nicht gesehen haben,
darunter die Zahl der Tage, die seit der Trennung bzw. Scheidung vergangen sind.
Welche Forderung haben wir ?
Wir fordern eine einheitliche Regelung des Familienrechtes in Europa.
Wir, die Hungerstreikenden, werden erst dann aufhoeren, wenn wir vom deutschen
Parlamentpraesidenten, bzw. von der deutschen Regierung die schriftliche Zusicherung
erhalten haben, dass die deutsche Regierung bis Ende des Jahres dem europaeischen
Parlament in Strassburg ein Gesetzentwurf zur Schaffung eines europaeischen
Familiengesetzes vorlegen wird, in dem die Sorge um das Wohl der Kinder ausdruecklich mit
dem garantierten Rechtsanspruch des Kindes auf seinen beiden Elternteile erklaert wird.
Die deutsche Regierung soll sich dazu aeussern, warum sie selbst unterschriebene
internationale Vertraege wie die Haager Konventionen nicht einhaelt, z.B. wie die
UN-Kinderrechtskonventionen fuer die nichtehelich geborenen Kinder in Deutschland nicht
gelten laesst.

Who are we?
We are a group of French and American parents whom for years have not seen their
children. That is because the German judiciary — very often without having heard us,
that is, in part even through secret hearings of which we had no part — deliberately
deprived us of the right to care for our children. Already two German fathers joined our
action. One father will arrive from South Africa; he is trying to obtain the support of
President Nelson Mandela.
Why do we strike?
We strike because the hunger strike is the last means available to us to provide
the possibility for our children to see the other half of their parents in France, the USA
and also in Germany.
- We strike because German Judges added our children to the already 2 million children
who are orphans of divorce that already reside in the Federal Republic of Germany.
- We strike because German Youth Welfare Offices want to have the government-sponsored
and -initiated child abductions financed with our money.
- We strike because almost every family court decision expunges one half of his parents
(mostly the father) from the life of the child, "in the interest of the welfare of
the child." We know that that affects several hundred thousand disenfranchised German
parents. They find exactly as little attention to their plight in the courts and with the
politicians as we do.
What is our goal?
Our goal is that the welfare of the child in Germany comes to be considered as
"the natural need of a child to nurture the emotional relationship to both parents,
in a timely fashion, half with each parent" and be finally guaranteed in the law,
that is, without the established possibility that one parent can deny and obliterate the
right of the child to both of his parents.
Why Berlin?
We strike in Berlin because judges and not politicians determine German family
politics.
We come to Berlin to announce loudly: "We are the people, and we are
parents!"
A part of the German nation cried: "We are the people, we are the
people" and became the law.
When and where will the hunger strike take place?
The hunger strike will begin July 13 in Berlin.
A demonstration by delegations from various organizations will take place July 14.
German and binational parents demand the same rights for themselves and their children.
For security reasons, the exact location of the hunger strike in the centre of Berlin

Who can participate, and how?
Every parent who feels that the judiciary deprived and betrayed him of his/her
right to be a parent can join us. He can hunger along with us for one day. We will hold a
picture of our children in our left hand, in the right hand a white sheet of paper with
the number of days for which we have not seen our children since the separation or
divorce.
Which demands do we make?
We demand uniform rules for European family rights.
We, the hunger strikers, will cease only then when we have received from the President
of the German Parliament, that is, from the German Government, the written assurance that
the German Government will present to the European Parliament in Strasbourg a draft of a
law for the creation of a new European Family-Law, in which the welfare of the child is
declared expressively in connection with the right of the child to both of his parents.
The German Government shall explain why it deems international agreements that it
ratified, such as the Hague Conventions and the UN
Convention for the Rights of the Child, to be invalid in Germany.
